Hima Nippuleti
Founder, President & CEO
Hima Nippuleti founded BoozDNA in 2017 and leads the company’s corporate strategy, business development, client relationships, and operations.
With experience spanning financial services and international education, Hima brings a strong business and strategic perspective to BoozDNA’s IT consulting and staffing services. Her leadership supports the company’s work across project management, cloud, data, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology services.
Hima holds a master’s degree from Osmania University and completed executive education at the Wharton School.
Ravi Nippuleti
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Owner
Ravi Nippuleti leads BoozDNA’s technology strategy and solution delivery, with expertise across cloud, data, application development, product strategy, and technology transformation.
A former Captain in the Indian Navy, Ravi brings military leadership and technology experience to BoozDNA’s government and enterprise engagements. His professional experience includes roles with Meta, Microsoft, the American Red Cross, and Kohl’s.
Ravi is a PMP-certified technology and product leader and holds an MBA in International Business from the USC Marshall School of Business.
